Chocolate and peanut butter crumble granola
This is actually a single serve recipe, but you can just bulk this up and make a couple of batches - it’s an adaptation on my favourite recipe of all time. Real ones know.
You can actually use any nut butter for this, but I used chocolate peanut butter and it’s very very very good indeed.
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl
Combine with a splash of hot water until you have a crumble looking mixture
Spread out onto a baking sheet
Bake for 10-15 mins until it looks slightly darker and is getting crunchy
Leave to cool for 5-10 mins
Serve ontop of yogurt, or preferably with chocolate milk
Notes + Variations:
You can use vegan protein powder, or miss the protein powder out all together, and sub it for oat flour, and a bit more sugar.
