Chocolate and peanut butter crumble granola

This is actually a single serve recipe, but you can just bulk this up and make a couple of batches - it’s an adaptation on my favourite recipe of all time. Real ones know.
You can actually use any nut butter for this, but I used chocolate peanut butter and it’s very very very good indeed.

Recipe, makes 1 portion;

1 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp chocolate protein powder (or a little bit more oat flour + 1/2 tsp sugar)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 big tbsp syrup
1 tbsp smooth nut butter
Tiny splash hot water
Pinch salt
Pinch bicarb

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl

  3. Combine with a splash of hot water until you have a crumble looking mixture

  4. Spread out onto a baking sheet

  5. Bake for 10-15 mins until it looks slightly darker and is getting crunchy

  6. Leave to cool for 5-10 mins

  7. Serve ontop of yogurt, or preferably with chocolate milk

Notes + Variations:

You can use vegan protein powder, or miss the protein powder out all together, and sub it for oat flour, and a bit more sugar.
