Matcha overnight oats
You could serve these hot or cold - I’m normally a hot oats person, although hot oats in summer is an absolute no from me.
Also, people who don’t like matcha, you will - you just haven’t tried a good one yet.
Method
Make your oats how you like (I like to cook mine even if they’re overnight oats), then stir through 1 measure of matcha, and your protein powder or syrup. Serve hot or leave to cool in the fridge overnight.
Top with yogurt of choice and berries and whatever nuts/ nut butters you have in.
Notes + Variations:
You can sub the blueberries out for any other berry & the same with the flavour of yogurt - just switch the toppings up as you please.
