Chocolate crumble breakfast pot
Imagine a crumble, but chocolate, with a cold refreshing chocolatey yogurt underneath.
I make this crumble in big batches too, and use it as granola.
This is basically a yogurt bowl, but funner.
This makes 1 pot, but you could also meal prep this for the week.
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Add all the ingredients for the crumble into a bowl with a pinch of salt and mix well until they form a crumble consistency - you may need to add a drop of water to achieve this
Squeeze the mixture in your hands, then crumble onto a baking tray into different sized chunks
Bake for 12-15 mins or until it starts to crisp up
Mix your yogurt ingredients together whilst the crumble cools and adjust to taste
Add the yogurt to a small bowl or serving dish, snd the crumble on top
Serve with fruit
Notes + Variations:
You can use any yogurt/ flavoured yogurts for this, and could even just make the crumble in a bigger batch for instant breakfasts throughout the week.
