Peanut butter overnight weetabix

This was a summer trend on TikTok and Instagram, which I REFUSED to be a part of, but here I am with a recipe on it.
This really was very good, and I am sat here craving it right now. The great thing about it is that it can be prepped in large batches too.

Recipe

2-3 weetabix
100ml hot water
30g cereal milk protein powder (or any, but this is my fave)

TO TOP
Raspberry yogurt
Peanut butter

Method

  1. Mash up your weetabix, then add your hot water - mix through well

  2. Stir through your protein powder until fully combined

  3. Put into a bowl, or a Tupperware, cover with a lid + leave in the fridge for at least 30 mins or overnight

  4. Top with yogurt and toppings of choice (peanut butter works best)

Notes + Variations:

You can change everything about this to be honest, the protein flavour, the yogurt, and the nut butter. You can even add fresh/ stewed fruit, or melted chocolate. Make it your own.
