Edible cookie dough

You can make this with any nut butter - I just chose hazelnut butter to make it taste like Nutella :P.

Recipe, makes a small bowl;

4 heaped tbsp oat flour
3 tbsp hazelnut butter or smooth nut butter of choice
2 tbsp agave or syrup of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein (or more oat flour and syrup)
Salt
3 pieces Chocolate, cut into small pieces

Method

  1. Blend 2 cups of oats until they look like flour, or use pre-bought oat flour

  2. Mix everything together, until it resembles cookie dough.

  3. Add the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips.
    Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes + Variations:

You can always use vegan protein, but it will result in a more doughy texture.
